Credit Damage - The Reality

Until the recent past, victims of damage caused to their credit due to no fault of theirs, had a very difficult time in getting compensation. Lawyers, Insurance companies, and others showed sympathy to the victims but little could be done. Only the loss of services and goods that could be measured and quantified could be compensated for.

The New Credit Damage Measurement System (CDM) - Credit

Recently a new system, called the Credit Damage Measurement or CDM system has been introduced. This system helps to account for credit damage which was previously considered intangible or incapable of being measured. Although some compensation giving agencies have refused to acknowledge this system, there have been a substantial number of cases where credit damage victims have successfully used CDM to help them claim their rightful compensation. Lawyers and Insurance companies are now giving weightage to CDM when deciding on compensation for goods and services which were previously thought of as intangible and thus were never compensated for.

The CDM system converts into tangible measurement the various kinds of intangible losses as discussed in the paragraph above.
